‘Asylum’ to be released in five cities

Soon Asylum will be released in a city near you. The movie has been released in five cities now, according to The Herald.
Moviegoers will soon have a chance to see just how crazy York County can be.
“Asylum,” the horror movie filmed in 2006 at Winthrop University and historic homes in York, will be released Dec. 21 at theaters in Charlotte, Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Fla., and Nashville, Tenn.
Park Terrace and Ballantyne Village will show the movie in Charlotte, according to a press release.

Roemer, Shue join ‘Madison’

According to Variety.com Sarah is joing indie thriller “Waking Madison.”
Sarah Roemer and Elisabeth Shue have signed on to star in the indie thriller “Waking Madison.”
Katherine Brooks wrote the script and will direct.
Project’s a joint production of Annapurna Prods. and Fixed Point Films. Megan Ellison, Jonah Hirsch and Ted Schipper are producing.
“Madison” centers on a woman who’s determined to find a cure for her mental illness, and locks herself in her apartment for 30 days with no food, telephone or outside stimuli.
Shooting is set to start Nov. 5 in New Orleans.
Roemer recently starred in “Disturbia” and “The Grudge 2.”
She’s repped by ICM and Luber Roklin Management.

Open for the public!

Finally SarahRoemerFan.com is open for the public. The site still looks freaky when you view it in IE but when you view it in FireFox it looks like it should and I really hope you guys think it looks great. You can download FireFox for free here. If anyone who might now what’s wrong with the coding can contact me, because I have tried to fix this but I can’t. The site isn’t completly done yet but I’m working on the last thing and hopefully they’ll be up soon. I’m also opening a Sarah Roemer Fanlisting soon, so stay tuned. We are also looking for affiliates to the site, you can apply here.
For those who dosen’t know who Sarah Roemer is I can give you a little introduction. Sarah made her big breakthrough as Ashle (the girl-next-door) in the hit thriller movie Disturbia along side with Shia LaBeouf and Carrie-Anne Moss. She also played a student victim in the horror movie The Grudge 2. Now she has two new upcoming projects, Asylum and The Golden Door. When Sarah was 15 years old she started her modeling career. Cook, Roemer, Dogg & Cross Open Golden Door

Our beautiful girl has just joing the cast on the movie The Golden Door. Here’s an article from ComingSoon.net about the new movie and what other actors that are starring in it.
Rachael Leigh Cook and Sarah Roemer are starring and rapper Snoop Dogg and Joseph Cross are in final negotiations to star in David M. Rosenthal’s romantic comedy “The Golden Door.” The film follows a blue-collar nursing student played by Cross (”Running With Scissors”) who’s forced to quit school after his father dies in a freak handball accident. His uncle finds him a job as a doorman in a swank Manhattan apartment building, leading to an unlikely romance with a young resident, played by Roemer (”Disturbia”).

Movie Review: Disturbia

BlogCritics has publised a review of Sarah’s latest movie Disturbia.
D.J. Caruso, the director of Disturbia and previously of The Salton Sea (2002), proves to us the importance of developing characters to make the viewers feel the discomfort of the world the characters have made for themselves. The story’s screenplay is penned by Christopher Landon and Carl Ellsworth, screenwriter of Red Eye (2005). Ellsworth also wrote the remarkable “Halloween” episode of the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
